REAL WEDDING: Jess & Andrew, Preston Peak Winery

Jess & Andrew tied the knot at one of Toowoomba's finest escarpment locations - Preston Peak Winery. Upon first meeting Jess around 12 months prior to her wedding day, we knew from the get-go it was going to be a fun one!

Nicknamed 'JJ' by her friends and family, Jess had one serious girl squad beside her on the day who trekked through bushland with her for the perfect shot - as well as an incredible team of suppliers piecing her wedding vision together (if we do say so ourselves!). Including none other than her exquisite gown designed by Darb, which played homage to her fun loving nature with a gorgeous sequins top. And we all know what a little bit of sequins calls for?! A damn good party!

The rougy red and blush blooms paired perfectly with the maids Carla Zampatti gowns - also featuring a super cute baby bump to admire.

The couples reception styling was kept crisp, clean and simplistic with white and green blooms, touches of metallics, an abundance of candlelight, oodles of glass finishes and overhead festoon lighting bringing a whole other dimension to their tablescape come nightfall.

This beau and his now wife sure threw a lively celebration to start their now chapter as newlyweds together with their nearest and dearest. P.s Check out these dance floor antics!

REAL WEDDING: Cat & Doug, Preston Peak Winery

Cat was one of the greatest treasures to a wedding professional – organised. She also understood the amount of work involved in executing a collective and unique experience for her and her fiancé Doug's guests and with time up their sleeves were more than willing to push the envelope a little.

With a classic yet contemporary felt brief, a simplistic style for their Spring time wedding began. Whites and greys set the tone, with glass and marble textures amplifying the clean aesthetic. Pastel and rich hued blooms complimented the muted base palette and played perfectly to the equal parts romantic and modern edged design.

French linen cloths added depth to the tabelscape, while a combination of patterned and plain glass chargers magnified the linens texture through their transparency. A marble patterned stationery suite – from signage to place cards highlighted the confident choices made by the couple.

Copious amounts of candle light bounced beautifully off the glass accents throughout and brought ambient warmth. An opulent floral garland surrounded the couple during their ceremony, which was moved inside to adorn the staircase entry to the reception.

Thank you again Mr & Mrs Gibson for allowing us to be a part of your special day on the top of the escarpment – A x

STYLED SHOOT: A pastel hued setting

A breezy springtime afternoon played host to a group of Toowoomba based wedding creatives for a simple styled shoot. Underneath the freshly finished pavilion, Toowoomba's iconic venue Preston Peak Winery played the perfect backdrop.

We executed a pastel hued intimate tablescape for two, incorporating stunning french trimmed plating, grey french linens, scattered antique silver and glass votives as well as an abundance of romantic pillar candles. A stunning floral garland by Deane's Wedding Flowers was the perfect centrepiece.
