Owner & Creative Director

Hi, I'm Annie Glover, the owner and Creative Director at Blue Willow.

The name Blue Willow was inspired by the ancient blue willow fine china that sat on my Mother's hutch in our dining room growing up. It was an easy choice when deciding on what design elements inspired me - timeless and detailed.

My passion for event planning and styling came to the surface after planning my own nuptials in 2014. Soon featuring in a number of online and print productions, I received a lot of coaxing from my loved ones saying "you should really do this for a living you know" - so I decided, I would.

I love everything about weddings, from the heart warming messages shared the morning of the big day, to seeing the couples reaction when they first lays eyes on their reception space. There really is nothing more heartwarming or memorable then a couple's special day being designed as a true reflection of them both.

As well as a love for weddings, my understanding of the corporate market in Toowoomba is vast after working in the marketing and public relations sector prior to starting Blue Willow. I understand the importance of brand positioning first-hand and the way in which corporate events work hand in hand for many businesses marketing ventures. Reflective styling at such events ensure our clients retain a competitive advantage within the marketplace.

I originally reside from Moree, in country northern New South Wales and am married to my best friend Tom. We share our home with our gorgeous son Harry and our cheeky cavaliers Milo & Pippi.
